Our dog has had some really nasty bathroom walks lately. We did not switch his dog food and have e-mailed the company to see if they did anything to the dog food lately.

Today's Belly Fat Update-- It's working. I've eliminated cravings--since I started doing this about a week ago I already have looser clothes, not a whole lot but enough to know the difference. i.e. I can zip up the jeans without lying down.
Also, my 11 year old granddaughter asked me last week if I was losing weight. She said I looked thinner.
Yea Yea. I'll keep you posted. Wait 'till you read about 'resistant starch', those fat burning carbs.
