I can remember a couple of times going to a local farm to ride horses when I was young. It was mostly with a youth group or group from school. My folks just weren't into riding lessons or horses. I've eliminated cravings--since I started doing this about a week ago I already have looser clothes, not a whole lot but enough to know the difference. i.e. I can zip up the jeans without lying down. Also, my 11 year old granddaughter asked me last week if I was losing weight. She said I looked thinner. Yea Yea. I'll keep you posted.
